Merchant & Mills : The Scout Shirt Pattern

The Scout was inspired by 1920's women's scouting uniforms. Make as a neat shirt or dress with optional tie. The dress has in-seam pockets.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Sizes: This is a multi-size paper pattern that comes in two size ranges, please ensure your selection reflects desired fit.

Suggested Fabrics: We recommend linen, lightweight denim, cotton chambray, poplin, linen/cotton blends. If you choose something with less drape the top will have a more sculptural look.

Additional Supplies:

• Matching thread.
• 6 x 11-15mm/½ - ¾" buttons. 
• 0.5M/¾yd interfacing shirt & dress.
• 0.8M/1yd interfacing for the tie (cut on the bias).

All seam allowances are 1.5cm unless stated otherwise and are included in the pattern.
